Reseller Billing FAQ's

Does the Reseller account fee include hosting of the Reseller's domain?
Yes, the Reseller's account includes 3GB of disk space and 30GB of transfer each month. Your reseller account is included in the total allotment.

Do I have to host my Reseller domain with VP?
Your "reseller" domain, the domain that is signed up with the Reseller plan, can be any domain including your client's domain. If you select to have the reseller account be on one of your client domains, you will want to complete the order form using your name and billing information for that domain. Our billing system will use the domain owners name and address for billing purposes.

Do Resold accounts have access to billing information?
All Visual Presence customers receive a private login to our billing system. Since you bill your clients directly, your clients would not have access to the VP billing system. You may optionally add modern bill to your account so that you can bill your clients automatically. This prevents your clients from accessing your billing or administrative information.

Does the 30 day money-back guarantee apply to my customers?
Yes, the refund is applicable if your client decides to cancel their account within 30 days of signing up. Refund availability is subject to the terms/limitations of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

How am I billed for my resold domains?
Each reseller account includes 3GB of disk space and 30GB of transfer each month. You can add up to 6 clients within your initial allocated space and transfer at no additional charge. When your client count exceeds 6 clients we will ad a "6 Pack" charge to your monthly bill to cover the next 6 clients. See our reseller rates page for details>

How do I cancel a resold domain from my reseller account?
Your reseller control panel allows you to remove domains as well as add them. Simply click the check box and then click remove.

Can I cancel my Reseller domain but keep my resold accounts?
In order for resold accounts to have the resold control panel and eligible for resold pricing, there must be a Reseller domain. The Reseller domain does not need to be a domain that sells hosting and can be one of your resold accounts.

If you need to cancel your Reseller domain, simply let us know which domain name you would like to be transferred to become your Reseller plan. The new reseller domain will then have the Reseller Control Panel and will have access to the Billing History and all other resold accounts.
