Reseller Pricing

Resellers can sign up for the new AER/VP reseller plan at http://visualpresence.net/resellersignup.html. All reseller programs are automatically renewed on a monthly basis until formally canceled by the dealer. The plan includes 6 resold accounts all of which will draw from their reseller account’s total allotment of disk space and transfer, 3000MB and 30GB respectively. As additional accounts are needed you can add “6 packs” to your reseller account. These groups of 6 clients will also draw from your pool of disk and transfer allotment. As more “6 packs” are added volume discounts are applied adding to your savings.

Each reseller account is allocated 2 IP addresses. Additional IP’s can be added if needed (see below). In addition, effective immediately, Parking is no longer an additional charge. We will be adjusting accounts over the next few days. If you see a charge for parking in your next billing, please email us for a credit to your account. We intend to have these all cleared out but the current billing system stores upcoming charges in a database and we may not be able to stop them from occurring during July.

As a reseller you set your own pricing. A reseller business may have more than simply the cost of the reseller account as an expense, so it is important to determine your total monthly cost when deciding how to price your plans.

Billing Automation

The current RSM will no longer be available effective August 1, 2006. AER/VP has partnered with Modernbill and Quickbooks to provide automated billing. Modernbill is available for up to 50 clients for 14.95 a month and $24.95 for unlimited clients. Quickbooks online is available for $17.95 per month .

Resource Over-Allocation

Resellers may allocate more space to their resold hosting plans than the average customer utilizes. Most customers use less than 100 MB, thus over-allocation allows the reseller to provide larger plans than their maximum disk space may otherwise allow. The customer sees the amount they can use, and they will have the ability to utilize that amount, but most will not. In the event your total utilized disk space and transfer exceeds the 3GB 30GB monthly limits, you can purchase added space at reasonable costs. See Below:
