Your account center will allow you to view invoices, print receipts,
view password details and change account details when needed. Visual Presence
has partnered with Advanced e-Resources to provide billing and account management
services. When you signup for an account with Visual Presence, you will receive
a welcome email that will include your login details. LOGIN any time day or night.
If you have any problem
logging in, please submit a helpdesk ticket for assistance.
At that
point, VP will reply and continue working on your request and further
communication can be done via email.
The VP Help Desk is a complete Customer Service System which is used
to address any issues including general information, technical support,
billing inquiries, and emergency situations. A Help Desk Ticket is created
by submitting information to the support
form. A tracking number email is sent back to the email address
provided at the form.
